this'll be a quick one, since it's late and i am BEAT. i think the photo shoot went pretty well, being my first one... it's MUCH easier to position teens than babies. like that's not obvious... anyway, she knew what she wanted, which was good for me, since i'm not 100% comfortable with telling people what to do. i'm hoping that they're at least partially satisfied, enough to settle on a pose or two, anyway. it was fun, i have to say- despite being really nervous about it for the past few days, i did enjoy myself, and it was a WONDERFUL day for an outdoor photo session! i was also invited to drop off my resume at a photo studio here in town (i emailed them, wondering if they'd be willing to take on someone who wants to learn just about everything), so i've got that to look forward to. now, my biggest job is editing ALL those shots... fun!!! (seriously- i like editing... and enhancing...). oh, and after the shoot, mom, cole and i headed over to the valley (she watched cole for me- thanks SO much again!) to have lunch with grandma p., aunt mary and two of mom's cousins, and then we went on to oshkosh to hit the outlet malls. it was a successful trip- cole got a few things for winter and mom found some stuff too. even the baby got a few outfits! see, she's a shopper already. i got underwear (how very exciting, tmi???) and two sets of glasses to match my dishes. one set is to replace the set i broke, the other is for the second set i never got... i now have a full 8-place setting (minus 4 juice glasses, i couldn't find those there). it took over 6 years, but i have it! ha. and now, i am going to bed.
