picasso's back!

this time, though, 'picasso' used an acceptable surface for his artwork.
he proudly presented "curious george"!
(you have to look at it sideways, because i forgot to rotate the photo)
not bad, huh?
actually, his mommy and daddy made quite a fuss over it. you know, because it's a big deal to them :)
he also drew a page full of trains, but they're in colored pencil so it's a bit hard to see in a photo.
(his very proud mommy dated it, though, and it's being tucked away for safe keeping. or maybe it'll be framed and put in his room.)
they're going nowhere fast.
and safely, of course!
i'm lucky enough to have a wonderful husband that let me take a solo trip down to appleton (which is why the carseats are in the house... just in case there was an emergency and they needed to be put into the truck), as long as i promised not to over-do it. i TRIED to keep my end of the bargain, but alas, being on my feet for any amount of time seems to stimulate some pretty good contractions. at least i wasn't running all over- i took a stroll through hobby lobby and found a few things, checked out goodwill and world market very quickly and then came home. and either it's the contractions or the baby's dropped, but the day's activities (if you could really even call it that) has resulted in some fairly strong cramping and pressure. i guess i'll have to resign myself to restricted activity from here on out.
sigh.
at least it's not total bedrest- i'd go nuts.
anyway, it was great to have a few hours to myself... thank you to my wonderful hubster!!

Love the Picasso used an acceptable suface! Glad you got some time out before baby arrives too! Then you can join me in the lacking sleep dept:)
