he can wink!
he can wink! yes, on command.
either he winked at her wrong or she's mad that she can't do it yet.
(*actually, it's because she's teething. she gets a canker sore-type thing on her gum above the tooth that's about to pop... it's a painful process for our princess!!*)

oh, and she'll have to learn that being winked at isn't a bad thing..
