cough, cough. cough. two little eyes, alive with mischief peering back at me when i run to save my son from what sounds like serious choking. BIG grin, maybe a giggle, followed by cough, cough... this is cole's newest trick. the latest in his explosion of talent. he thinks it's just the funniest thing to wait till i'm not looking, then 'cough' like he's got a big ole hairball or something. he loves to watch my reaction... it's funny when mommy panics! what a ham... this kid is developing a real sense of humor. i'm wondering what the next few years will bring; frogs in the sock drawer? toothpaste on the tiolet seat? i hope he's not considering a career as a professional prankster, although i'm sure he'd do fairly well at it, given the start he's off to...

Ooh, smart boy! Figured out yet another way to get your attention!
I now what you mean though, they start coughing and on your mad dash to them, you have all manner of things go through your head, as you try to rescue them before they choke to death. After you realize everythings okay, you pick them up crying and wail " You scared mommy. Are you okay? I love you peanut." Then hold them the rest of the afternoon. CHA-CHING, they say!!
HEYYY Brotzmans so nice to keep up with that cute little man of yours, He is as cute as a bug. Keep up the good work I like to watch babies grow. Good to see the grandma's and grandpa's.
